Store PoliciesPayment Methods AcceptedWe accept Visa, MasterCard, and School purchase orders. Purchase orders are accepted on orders over $100.00, from schools only. Please give us your order by phone or E-mail ahead of time so your books can be placed on hold.
RefundsRefunds are issued upon receipt of returned item. All returns may be subject to a 20% restocking fee.
ShippingWe will ship within 2 days of order. Standard shipping for 1-4 copies is typically by USPS Media Mail (7-14 business days). Priority shipping on single copy orders is by USPS Priority Mail (2-3 business days). Orders of 5 copies or more are shipped Fed Ex Ground (2-7 business days) .
ConditionAll of our books have been purchased "used" from schools or school districts, though many are in new condition. If your item is supposed to include a CD, please check beforehand.
